If you've lost/replaced your phone and need to get the Microsoft Authenticator on your phone, follow the steps below:
1. Log into https://myaccount.microsoft.com --> Select Security Info either through the left side tab or tile
2. Click Add Method
3. Select Authentication App --> Add
4. Select Start by getting the App if you have not downloaded the app yet, otherwise just click Next
5. Open up the app on your phone --> click the 3 little dots on the upper right side --> Add Account --> Work or School --> Scan a QR Code --> Scan the QR Code displayed on your Security Info page
6. Once the QR Code is scanned and the AbacusNext account is on the Authenticator App, you can close the portal.office.com window
