When you click on a link in Outlook, the link is not opening in your default browser. Here are the steps to resolve the issue.
- In Outlook click on 'File' at the top left.
- Click on 'Options'.
- In the window that opens, click on 'Advanced' in the left menu > next to 'Open hyperlinks from Outlook in:' click on the dropdown and select 'Default Browser' > click 'Ok'.

4. Close Outlook and your default browser, open Outlook and try the link again.
