Add a shared mailbox to Outlook mobile

  1. Tap on "Inbox" at the top left corner.
  2. Tap on the gear icon at the lower left corner to open Settings.
  3. Click on "Accounts" > "Add Account" > "Shared Mailbox".
  4. Type in the email address of the shared mailbox and tap on "Add Shared Mailbox".
