Add Pronouns to Outlook Signature

1. On your Laptop - Right click on the Xink agent in the bottom right of your screen.

2. Select "My contact details

3. Enter the pronouns that applies to you in the Pronouns Field

4. Click Show Pronouns --> Save

5. Right click on the Xink agent in the bottom right of your screen. 

6. Select Update Now

After completing these steps, your signature will be updated to display the pronoun you selected in the signature block

Apple MacOS - Add Pronouns to signature

1. On your Apple Mac Laptop - Click on the Xink agent on the top bar or select the Xink under applications.
2. Select "My Profile"

3. Enter the pronouns that applies to you in the Pronouns Field

4. Click Show Pronouns

5. Click Save.

6. Click on the Xink agent in the top bar again. 

7. Select Update Signatures

8. After completing these steps, your signature will be updated to display your mobile phone in the signature block
