Reporting a suspicious email using Barracuda Outlook add-in.

In the preview window for your email, select 'Report email - Report a message as suspicious'.
On the Barracuda Email Protection pane, click 'Next'.
If you have never used Barracuda before you may be required to authorize your Outlook client. If presented the ‘Encrypt an email’ pane, click on ‘Next’. Otherwise proceed to step 6.
To proceed with Authorization, click the ‘Authorize’ button and Allow the authorization in the confirmation dialog box.
On the Microsoft credential screen, select your account name.
Once successfully authorized (it is a one time process on your computer) you will have the option to ‘Report email’, by clicking on this option a browser window will open.
Select the correct classification based on the type of Phishing email your received and click ‘Submit’ button.
