Welcome to the new CARET Helpdesk! This article will give you a quick overview of how to submit a ticket directly to Helpdesk using the new Knowledge Base. Please follow the instructions provided below:
- Log in to the CARET Helpdesk Knowledge Base
- From the homepage https://helpcenter.getcaret.com/hc/en-us click Sign In in the header
- Zendesk will direct you to login using SSO
- Once logged in, click Submit a Request in the header
- On the Submit a request page, select Helpdesk from the drop-down
- You can also submit Procurement requests or Contractor Onboarding tickets
- Select the type of issue you are submitting
- Provide a short Subject and a Description with as much relevant information as you can
- Add any relevant attachments
- Click Submit
